DACA – Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals

And I felt like I should, first of all, give you some updates. We have DACA cases in our law firm and they are being processed really slow.

As an immigration lawyer, I want to raise my voice and draw attention to this backlog. I don’t see a reason for it cause in my opinion, DACA is not something very difficult. Kids should get legalized and have a decent life here in the US.
