Colleen M. Vitali focuses her practice immigration and family law as part of the attorney team of Law Offices of Marina Shepelsky, P.C. (Shepelsky Law Group).
Prior to joining Shepelsky Law, Ms. Vitali worked with low income individuals who had a diverse set of legal issues, including many with immigration and family law related issues.
Ms. Vitali prides herself on seeing the individual behind the legal problem. She works with clients in both the immigration and family law sectors to tailor a case approach that will achieve the best outcome for the client. Ms. Vitali regularly advocates for clients in immigration, family and divorce courtrooms across the New York metro area. She has successfully obtained legal status for immigration clients and resolved complex issues of custody, child support, equitable distribution, and domestic violence for family law clients.
Ms. Vitali is admitted to practice law in the states of New York (2012) and California (2010). She is also admitted to the Central District of California (2010).
When not working, Ms. Vitali enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family and cheering for her beloved Atlanta Braves.

Life Story
Ms. Vitali was born and raised in Connecticut. She received undergraduate degrees in Sociology and Mathematics from Stonehill College in Massachusetts. She received her Juris Doctorate in 2010 from Pepperdine University School of Law.
After graduating from Pepperdine, Ms. Vitali practiced family law in California for five years before returning home to the East Coast.
